Can I make changes after ordering?
No changes is allowed once order has been submitted. Pls Do take Note: Due to overwhelm orders in The Month of Ramadhan you might received late in your food delivery. Call us at 8232 8032 if you have any queries.
What if I need to cancel my order?
If you decide to cancel your order, please do so in writing at least 5 working days in advance. There will not be any cancellation charges if your notification is acknowledged within the grace period.
What if I cancel my order last minute?
If your order is cancelled less than 5 working days in advance, 4 working days or less from event date - compensation of 30% of total order, 1 working day or less from event date - compensation of 100% of total order.

Flexibility We are flexible and subject to changes for the dishes in every menu. Examples of Order that we do accept too: 1. Order 50 packets of Nasi with Chicken and Egg. 2. Contact us for more information. Changes Policy - In the event of any last minute changes, it can only be made ____ hours prior to the day of event. Kindly notify us through phone and follow up in writing via email. An administrative charge will be applicable for any last minute changes. Cancellation Policy - a 70% / 100% penalty charge will be imposed for cancellation made less than 48hrs/ 24hrs* prior to date of event. Any increment of pax has to be made at least 48 hours prior to the day of event and is subject to our availability of the ingredients. If collection after our latest collection timing is needed, kindly inform us when you place your order with us. If Resto51 is able to collect at your preferred timing after 10.30pm, the charges will be as follows: - $50 for every 30 minutes after 10.30pm - Additional $150 surcharge for collection after 11.30pm for after-hours staff transportation.
